Tenants are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues, scheduling repairs during a time that is convenient for them, and making sure someone is present when the work is being performed. Failure to report and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner could result in damage fees.

Q: Need pest control?
A: Call D.C. Scientific Pest Control at 205-663-2260. Tell them who you are, your property address, who you are with, and the problem. Failure to keep assigned appointment without proper communications could result in service charge fee.

Q: The internet at Carlton South is still not working?
A: Try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Q: Sink leaking? Toilet running? Other plumbing emergency?
A: For plumbing problems during normal business hours, M-F 8am-5pm, call Mark McMahan 205-563-1081. For plumbing problems, after-hours emergency, call Latta Plumbing Service, 205-631-6445.

Q: Power off?
A: Determine if your neighbor’s power is also off. Try to flip lip the breakers in the breaker box inside your apartment unit. Call Alabama Power.

Q: Outlet not working?
A: Try flipping your breakers in the breaker box located inside your unit. If that is not helpful, call the electrician during normal business hours. Kevin Miller 205-229-9149.

Q: Problem with community appliances (washer dryer) or provided individual apartment appliances?
A: Call Monday through Sunday 9am-5pm, Grady Naylor 205-587-0453.

Q: Locked out of your unit?
A: Please make a spare key set. We do not maintain a 24hr/seven day a week attendant service for every single detail. I may be able to help as a last resort (if I’m not out of town).

Q: Something broken that needs to be fixed?
A: For general maintenance during normal business hours (do not call this number after hours unless it is an emergency that does not involve heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, or appliances repair) M-F call Kevin Lamphere 205-790-8283.

Q: Neighbors too loud?
A: Have you spoken politely with them? If you are still not getting a proper response, notify me during normal business hours.

Q: Air conditioner malfunctioning?
A: Call WC Wright and Son. Tell them who you are with, the unit number, and the problem. Mention Flowers Properties, LLC. Failure to meet for the scheduled appointment without proper notice to WC Wright could result in a service charge. 1-205-252-2408. Also please make sure to tell the person you are speaking with if you have a mini split.

Q: How do I get my heat to work?
A: Switch on the heat mode on your remote control. Allow several minutes for the device to begin to heat properly.
